The only difference between our EagleSSI mail and EagleHSI mail are the Internet access realms.

Although they appear the same they have different realms depending upon your subscribed service. Functionally they are identical.

Select the ? in a blue circle icon and then select the Help Index.

The folders view shows you how many emails each folder contains - read and unread -
You can select if both types of mail will be indicated.

You can create folders to keep track of your saved mail.

You can select to have certain mail go directly to a particular folder.

You can sort your messages by sender, subject, size, or date. You can use your Eagle Mail account to retrieve email from an alternative POP3 account.

You can select to have alternating colors on the list.

Filters can be set to move new mail into a different folder or use color coded icons.

You can compose or reply to email using plain text mail if desired.

Attachments can be added to each message.

A spell checker and draft folder are also available.

Under "Options/Display Preferences" you can select to compose in a new window which permits toggling between a received mail and your response.

You can compose or reply to email using HTML mail instead of plain text if desired, or set HTML mail to be your default.

Features are available for both Text and HTML mail.

For Microsoft IE & Mozilla Firefox users, there is a built-in WYSIWYG editor for HTML mail.  You do not have to know HTML to use HTML mail.

Note: With Enhanced browsers based on IE (Such as Avant, Netcaptor, etc.) some editor functions may not work the same as with IE 5.5+.
 

Signatures in email parlance are brief messages appended to your out going emails.  These can be favorite scriptures, personal or business messages.

The address book lets you store postal address, telephone numbers, notes, and other information as well as email address and website URL.

By using "Options/ Display Preferences" you can manage how your Eagle Mail Client serves you.

Such things as number of messages displayed, alternate row colors, panel sizes and many more as shown in the Display settings screen shots below.

Select options to manage forwards, signature placement and more.

You can select to compose in a new window so that you can toggle between a received mail and your response.

An important option at the bottom of the display options is whether to compose as text only or as html mail using the WYSIWYG (whatyouseeiswhatyouget) editor.

However, with our mail you can toggle the selection for any message without changing your default settings.

Using the display Calendar you will be able to add tasks and events to your own private calendar.

You can be updated on events you have posted every time you check your mail.

Clicking on the month on the small left side calendar displays the calendar for the month.

Clicking on any date displays the calendar for that day.

With the Eagle Mail you enable many more filters as any spam becomes a problem for you.

You may have a Yahoo or Hotmail account that you have had for quite some time that in spite of objectionable footers attached (and web sites they support) that you want to keep active.

We encourage you to have "disposable" addresses to use for the general public, newsletter subscriptions, etc.  When a spammer gets a hold of the address you can delete it and simply create another without creating chaos for your friends and family.

On the other hand logging into multiple accounts is a bother.  You can import other accounts into your Eagle Mail.

The translation feature of our Eagle Mail will enable you to at least get a machine translation of mail received in many other languages.
