pleased to offer you the following FREE Software.
If you use these programs regularly and like them we encourage you to
upgrade to a paid version (which are usually very nominal in cost) or
donate some amount to the company or developers. This applies even to
open source programs. You will NOT be dissatisfied with any of these
programs and you will marvel that you didn't have to pay big bucks for
them.
Contributing to providers of free software helps cover the cost for
continued development and improvements and other cost associated with
any online presence.
These programs, however, have been selected to be fully functional and
are not just trial versions. (If you find we do not have the most
recent Free version please notify us.)

Weather Watcher is your personal Windows desktop weather station.
Automatically retrieve the current conditions, hourly forecast, daily
forecast, detailed forecast, severe weather alerts, and weather maps
for over 77,000 cities world-wide. The current conditions can be
quickly viewed by holding your mouse pointer over the Weather Watcher
system tray icon.
This is our Beta custom version Weather
Watcher, but it is very stable and you can download it and use it
with confidence.
Weather Watcher
will allow you to automatically retrieve your
weather data at a set interval, display the current temperature in a
customized tray icon, display the current condition image in a tray
icon, designate which weather information is displayed in the Weather
Watcher system tray tooltip, convert the weather data using almost any
conversion, display a weather map as your desktop wallpaper, log the
weather data in any format, export the weather data in any format,
customize the look of the Weather Watcher interface and icons via
skins, and much more.

Password Manager is great
for managing your passwords as you get more involved in your Internet
experience. Passwords should be at least 8 characters, letters,
numbers or symbols, and should not contain actual words. Consequently
these passwords can be hard to remember and Password Manager
will help you manage them. By remembering one you can recover them

Star Downloader is a download manager
that accelerates your downloads by splitting the files into several
parts and downloading them simultaneously. Download speeds are
increased further by choosing the fastest mirror sites.
You may automatically resume broken downloads if your connection is
lost or if your computer accidentally shuts down. With the scheduler,
you can download files at certain times of the day. Star Downloader
may also automatically connect to your ISP and hang-up upon completion
of downloads.
To help you organize and manage your downloads there is an advanced
category system and an integrated unzipping utility can automatically
unzip and install downloaded files. Star Downloader also
integrates with your antivirus program to automatically scan files
upon completion of the download.
Star Downloader supports FTP and HTTP. Proxy is also supported.
